Job summary

Infilect is seeking a passionate backend engineer intern to work on Python-based applications and RESTful APIs in Bengaluru. The internship is for 6 months and based out of the Bangalore office, requiring a 5-day in-office presence. Based on performance, there may be an extension or a full-time opportunity.

You will work on database management, system improvements, testing, and performance optimization as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python-based applications and RESTful APIs is preferred.
• Familiarity with backend development concepts and data storage.
• Exposure to relational and non-relational databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services according to customer requirements.
• Create and enhance RESTful APIs for the product.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product improvements.
• Help monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.

This is a 6 month internship based out of Bangalore. You will be expected to come in office for 5 days a week. Based on your performance we will either extend your internship or offer you a full time role.

• - Devise and implement testing protocols to identify and resolve system issues.
• 6. Performance Optimization:
• - Continuously optimize the product for better user experience and technical performance.
• - Focus on hardware efficiency, minimizing latency, and enhancing throughput.
• 7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
• - Collaborate with other engineering teams to deliver improvements for future product initiatives.
