Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Hands-on with at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).
• Knowledge of at least one backend language/framework (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance in prod/staging.

Software Development Engineer I

We're looking for a Software Development Engineer I to join our team in Indore. You'll work across the full stack, contribute to building new features, maintain existing products, and grow into a well-rounded engineer.

You'll get exposure to the entire software development lifecycle, from writing code and tests to thinking about system design and shipping to production. If you enjoy solving problems end-to-end and want to build a strong engineering foundation early in your career, this role is for you.

What we're looking for

Solid fundamentals, curious mind.

• 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships and strong personal projects count)
• Solid fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Working knowledge of at least one backend language/framework (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases, both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
• Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate
• Comfort with Git and standard development workflows
• Basic understanding of testing practices and willingness to learn more
• Curiosity about system design and how scalable applications are built
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly

Nice to have

Bonus, not required.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Experience with Docker or basic DevOps concepts
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile
