Job summary

NextHire is hiring builders who want to operate at a high bar. You will work on core systems powering AI agents across sourcing, outreach, interviews and automation. You will not shadow; you will ship.

You will grow by shipping production-ready features and collaborating with founders on product decisions while contributing to a live product used by real users, with exposure to cutting-edge AI systems.
