The missions and Coaching team in Mindtickle is dedicated to providing our customers a sales readiness platform by developing comprehensive training programs, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, and providing personalized coaching to sales representatives.

We are seeking a talented full-stack developer to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with our engineering teams to develop Gen AI-based features. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company and strongly impact new product development and user experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling features that power Mindtickle's customers to provide sales training and coaching to their sales representatives.
