Mphasis is seeking a skilled Delivery Project Lead titled Scrum Master with Salesforce experience to lead delivery management in Bangalore. The role requires strong Agile/Scrum expertise, Salesforce configuration/integration experience, and solid leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, aligning with business goals, monitoring progress, and mentoring teams on Salesforce best practices. A PMP/CSM certification is preferred.
