- Backlog, dependency, and Agile metrics mastery.
- Experience with distributed teams.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree; Scrum/Agile certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals and delivering committed sprint objectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile values and fostering self-organization and accountability.
- Identify, track, and facilitate the resolution of impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and leadership for alignment on delivery objectives.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate dependency management across teams and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action planning.
- Promote transparency and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Maintain Agile boards, dashboards, project artifacts, and delivery metrics using Jira and Confluence.
- Monitor Agile KPIs and provide reporting on team performance, sprint health, and delivery outcomes.
- Support release planning and Agile governance activities.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
- Assist teams in scaling Agile practices across larger programs and portfolios.

UST is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to lead and support Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint planning and execution, coach teams on Agile best practices, and foster collaboration across business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.
