Job summary

PFI Innovation Centre India is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams, delivering high-value outcomes through servant leadership and collaboration. You will help teams adopt Agile principles, surface risks, and improve predictability.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coordinate across teams, and partner with stakeholders to maintain accurate journey and team reporting. 5+ years of Scrum/Agile delivery experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, story writing, estimation, backlog refinement, and related Agile techniques.
• Strong servant-leadership, coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, analysis, organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder-partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-value outcomes through servant leadership and collaboration.
• Create focus, facilitate effective ceremonies, surface delivery risks, and improve self-organization and predictability.
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and help resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies; escalate when appropriate.
• Coordinate across teams through Scrum-of-Scrum forums and other Agile forums; partner with Tracing/Reporting stakeholders.

What you will do:

Do you enjoy helping teams turn Agile principles into disciplined, outcome-focused delivery? As a Scrum Master, you will lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-value outcomes through servant leadership, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will create focus, facilitate effective ceremonies, surface delivery risks, and help teams strengthen self-organization and predictability.

What you can expect:

• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, practices, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.


• Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.


• Identify, track, and help resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate and protecting team focus.


• Coordinate across teams through Scrum-of-Scrum forums, Release Train Engineers, other Scrum Masters, and communities of practice.


• Champion Agile ways of working and, where applicable, partner with Financial Management and stakeholders to maintain accurate Journey and Team reporting.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.


• Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile delivery role.


• Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, story writing, estimation, backlog refinement, and related Agile techniques.


• Strong servant-leadership, coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.


• Excellent communication, analysis, organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder-partnership skills.

What will set you apart?

• Experience with Jira, Miro, or comparable Agile collaboration and delivery tools.


• Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting and analytics tools.


• Experience supporting scaled Agile delivery or Program Increment planning.
