Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree in Data Science, Analytics, AI, or related field is an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of IT experience, including hands-on experience supporting Agile teams in data, analytics, or AI/ML environments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DataOps, MLOps, or Analytics delivery models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Data & AI Agile teams, providing leadership, facilitation, and coaching for successful delivery of data products and AI solutions.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) tailored to data/analytics workflows.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement in a data-driven environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to support backlog prioritization and clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify and remove impediments related to data dependencies, data quality, and infrastructure constraints.
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, delivery cycles, data pipeline readiness) and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with data governance, AI standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Promote cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies across data engineering, data science, and analytics teams.

This role enables the successful execution of data-driven initiatives that support the organization’s business strategy and digital transformation objectives.The Scrum Master ensures teams adhere to Agile and Scrum practices while delivering high-quality data and AI products, including analytics platforms, machine learning models, and data pipelines.
