Job summary

Vedantu in Bengaluru is seeking a creative Short-Form Content Creator Intern who understands trends, hooks, storytelling, and what clicks with today’s students. Be the face of content and bring energy on camera.

You’ll ideate and shoot 4–6 Reels/Shorts daily for Instagram and YouTube, collaborate with the team, and learn from content performance to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Energetic and camera-confident.
• Strong understanding of reels/shorts, trends, hooks, and retention.
• Creative thinker with storytelling ability.
• Ability to generate multiple content ideas daily.
• Engages with students and young audiences.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a creative, high-energy, camera-confident Short-Form Content Creator Intern who understands trends, hooks, storytelling, and what clicks with today's students.

If you're constantly spotting trends, thinking of Reel ideas, or asking "What if we made this into a video?" - you'll fit right in.

What you'll do:

• Ideate and create fresh short-form content for Instagram and YouTube.
• Shoot 4-6 Reels/Shorts every day.
• Be the face of the content and bring personality, energy, and authenticity on camera.
• Spot trends, memes, formats, and conversations and turn them into content.
• Develop strong hooks, scripts, and concepts that grab attention.
• Experiment with relatable, entertaining, educational, and trend-led formats.
• Own the process from idea -> script -> shoot -> execution.
• Learn from content performance and continuously improve.
• Collaborate with the creative team to build Vedantu's social presence.

What we're looking for

• Energetic, expressive, and confident on camera.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, trends, hooks, and retention.
• Creative thinker with a natural sense of humour, personality, and storytelling.
• Able to generate multiple content ideas every day.
• Understands what students and young audiences relate to.
• Proactive, experimental, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Able to independently shoot content using a phone or camera.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

You'll stand out if you...

• Have your own Instagram, YouTube, or creator page.
• Have created Reels/Shorts with strong views or engagement.
• Have experience in acting, anchoring, hosting, theatre, or other on-camera work.
• Know basic video editing.
• Have a portfolio that showcases your creativity and personality.

What you'll get to do

This isn't a role where you'll simply read scripts and record videos. You'll bring ideas, get on camera, create at scale, experiment, learn from performance, and see your ideas go from concept to published content.
