We are looking for a detail-oriented and quick-learning Scoping Associate to support our global background screening operations. In this role, you will review client requirements and accurately scope background checks across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret client orders for global background checks
• Determine and scope appropriate checks based on country-specific requirements and client guidelines
• Ensure all required information is complete and accurate before initiating cases
• Identify missing or inconsistent data and follow up or elevate as needed
• Work closely with internal teams (verification, research, compliance) to ensure smooth case processing
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, turnaround time, and data quality
• Learn and apply country-specific screening rules, regulations, and best practices
• Assist in process improvements and documentation updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in background screening
• Basic understanding of global background screening processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools, processes, and country-specific requirements
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (English language)
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry systems
