Job summary

Jade Global seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion/Supply Chain Architect in Pune with 10-12 years in Fusion/EBS. You will drive end-to-end SCM implementations, lead process standardization, and collaborate across onsite/offshore teams while ensuring clear documentation and strong stakeholder communication.

Candidates should have deep knowledge of P2B/O2C/P2P, planning cycles, and be able to apply best-practice adoption across a global ERP footprint. Oracle certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / EBS.
• At least 2 implementations as Oracle Fusion Solution Architect.
• Minimum 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM projects.
• Excellent knowledge of P2B, O2C, P2P and Planning cycles.
• Expertise in at least 2 of Fusion Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Order Management, Cost Accounting, Procurement.
• Ability to drive standard feature adoption in users.
• Strong problem-solving, change management, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with onsite-offshore delivery model and strong communication.

10-12 years experience in Oracle Fusion / EBS
Experience of at least 2 implementation in the capacity of Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
Experience of minimum 4 full cycle Oracle Fusion SCM
Must have excellent knowledge of P2B, O2C, P2P, Planning cycles
Must have excellent knowledge in at least 2 of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Order Manaugement, Cost Accounting, Procurement
Must have the ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
Must have the ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation
Must have the ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Must have excellent communication skill (verbal & written)
Current Oracle certification will be highly desirable
