In this role you will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, manage priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain continuous improvement

SCM Team Lead - This role is responsible for leading a defined team and ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day activities, service quality, productivity, and operational performance. The role combines people leadership, operational ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to enable seamless E2E supply chain execution.

People Leadership & Team Development

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in managing teams and should have handled key client portfolios.


• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics and safety compliances .


• Experience is predictive analysis, risk management and mitigation and Incident handling mechanisms


• Experience managing performance through KPIs, data, and operational insights.
