Cholamandalam Ms Risk Services is seeking a Scaffolding Specialist/Supervisor with a Diploma in Mechanical or Construction Management and Level 2 certification. The candidate should have 10+ years of field experience in scaffolding for power plants, ports or petrochemical refinery projects.

The role requires coaching and certifying scaffolding inspectors, supervisors, and scaffolders, and competency in designing scaffold schemes per site requirements. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Certification from CITB/STI/TUV or equivalent for minimum Level 2.
• 10+ years of experience as Scaffolding expert in power plants, ports or petrochemical refinery construction.

Responsabilités

• Coaching and certifying Scaffolding inspectors, supervisors and scaffolders.
• Designing scaffold schemes as per site requirements and supervising scaffolding operations on site.

Scaffolding Specialist/ Supervisor:

Must be at least a diploma in engineering in Mechanical/ Construction Management from a recognized institution

Must have a recognized certification from CITB or STI or TUV or equivalent for min Level 2

Must have worked for 10 years or more as on the date of deployment as Scaffolding expert in the field of construction of power plant/ Port/ Petrochem refinery factory.

The candidate shall have professional expertise for coaching and certification for Scaffolding inspector/supervisors and scaffolders. He shall have competency in designing Scaffold schemes as per site requirement

Must be fluent in English and Hindi in speaking,reading and writing.
