• Experience in scaffolding inspection is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with approved designs, applicable standards, and project safety procedures.
• Verify scaffold stability, foundations, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, bracing, and ties.
• Conduct inspections before first use, after modifications, following adverse conditions, and at prescribed intervals.
• Identify unsafe conditions, restrict access to defective scaffolds, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain scaffold inspection registers, tagging systems, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with scaffolding supervisors, construction teams, and HSE personnel to ensure safe working-at-height practices.
