Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt. Ltd. (NMDPL) seeks a Lead – Contract Administration to oversee strategic and operational contract management across urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects.

You will perform day-to-day contract administration, support claims, flag risks, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure timely documentation and dispute resolution while promoting contractual discipline on site.

Responsibilities

• The Lead – Contract Administration supports the strategic and operational activities of the contract management function across NMDPL’s urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects.
• This role is responsible for day-to-day contract administration, claim support, risk flagging, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• The position ensures timely documentation, assists in dispute resolution processes, and promotes contractual discipline across project sites.
