Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking an experienced Saviynt IAM specialist to design and implement Saviynt IGA solutions, manage user lifecycle, and govern access across diverse systems. The candidate will integrate Saviynt with AD/Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, and cloud apps, while developing custom APIs and reports.

Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts, hands-on Saviynt EIC, and proficiency in Java, Groovy, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML are required, with AWS/Azure

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience in IAM/IGA
• Hands-on Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) experience
• Strong IAM/IGA concepts knowledge
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Saviynt IGA solutions including user lifecycle management, access governance, certifications, and role management
• Configure and customize Saviynt workflows, REST APIs, rules, plugins, and connectors
• Integrate Saviynt with target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, reports, and analytics within Saviynt
• Manage access request workflows, approval processes, and certifications
• Troubleshoot provisioning, entitlements, and integrations issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners
• Provide post-implementation support and handle enhancements and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with SoD policies, audit requirements, and security standards
• Hands-on Saviynt EIC experience
• Understand IAM/IGA concepts
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML
• Saviynt REST Connector and connectors experience
• Knowledge of RBAC and SoD governance
• Experience in user access certification and entitlement management
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) understanding
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
