Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Identity and Access Management Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support security solutions for digital identities and access controls. You will work with project teams and product owners to align IAM with security policies and compliance requirements.

The role focuses on Saviynt IGA deployments, integration with critical applications, and coordinating migration from legacy IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, preferably Saviynt IGA.
• Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt into critical applications and infrastructure.
• Hands-on Saviynt IGA tool experience with troubleshooting and analysis.
• Experience with connectors (AD, DB, REST) and onboarding new applications.
• Knowledge of provisioning, access certification, SoD, analytics, RBAC.
• Strong IAM concepts knowledge: JML, RBAC, Provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Define target Saviynt architecture and determine workflows vs connectors.
• Collaborate with teams and build cut-over plans.
• Onboard applications as endpoints and configure connectors.
• Lead SIT/UAT, defect triage, go-live cutover, and hypercare.

Job description

Role Overview: Identity and Access Management Technical Consultant will be responsible for playing a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting security solutions that ensures digital identities, implementing access controls, and meet regulatory security standards supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives on establishing the access control model adhering to security policies, compliance and best practices. The role requires working closely with project teams, product owners, and other cybersecurity functions to implement and support security solutions that ensure proper authentication and authorization on selected IAM and IGA tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrating applications from custom IAM solutions to SIGA(Savyint IGA) Assess custom IAM solution, discuss with application team, understand the AS-IS access control mechanism and define the To-BE design, identify which connector to be used and finalize the migration approach.
• Define target architecture in Saviynt: decide what is handled by IGA workflows vs. connectors vs. external orchestration.
• Collaborate with all the relevant parties and build cut-over plan adhering to organization’s established processes.
• Onboard applications as endpoints and configure connectors and Work in an Agile squad adhering to agile methodology and practices.
• Collaboration and coordination with multiple teams.
• Drive SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, go-live cutover, and hypercare support to stabilize provisioning operations.
• Produce operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and provide KT to BAU support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms (Saviynt IGA).
• Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt into critical applications and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA tool with good troubleshooting & analytical skills in addressing the issues associated with complex applications.
• Development & application onboarding experience with various OOB connectors such as AD, DB, REST connectors.
• In-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications, etc
• Implement access governance controls including certifications, SoD policies, and audit-ready reporting.
• Experienced in designing, deploying, configuring, and implementing IGA processes based on customer requirements
• Strong Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of python, JSON and SQL understanding.
• Understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
