Job summary

EY is seeking an IAM Saviynt specialist in Chennai to lead end-to-end IGA projects, including requirements, design, development and deployment. You will build and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA, implement connectors, and perform periodic certification reviews to support onboarding workflows and RDMS queries.

Excellent communication and IT certifications are a plus, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams across EY.

Qualifications

• Experience driving IAM projects including requirements, design and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with Saviynt IGA and identity governance workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and RDMS for data queries and analytics.
• Ability to manage client expectations and project teams effectively.
• Certifications in IT are a plus and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM projects including project, team and client management.
• Implement at least one full IAM SDLC engagement with Saviynt.
• Engineer and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA.
• Develop integration connectors and conduct periodic certification reviews.
• Work on Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, ARS, Rule Management, Provisioning.
• Configure Saviynt workflows and birthright rules for onboarding.
• Create XML jobs within the Saviynt IGA tool and write SQL queries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure robust identity governance.

Saviynt JD

• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support.
• Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and build new application integration, account and entitlement connectors and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in development phase for Saviynt components—Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity analytics, Segregation of Duties.
• Good knowledge in the configuring of workflows in Saviynt IGA tool. Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for the user onboarding workflows. Have been involved in creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Should have good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
