Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA).
• Hands-on Saviynt Development including Workflows, Rules, Tasks, Triggers, and RBAC.
• Experience with Application Onboarding and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other enterprise apps.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt PAM and JITA (Just-In-Time Access).
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, SoD, Access Reviews, and Certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integration failures, incidents, RCA, and production support.
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and custom JAR development.
• Experience in 24x7 application support, SLA management, and operational excellence.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
