The role involves building vehicle CFD models, setting up simulations, and resolving coupling issues between CAD and CFD tools. Proficiency in ANSA and Star CCM+ is essential, with knowledge of heat exchangers and thermal issues guiding design decisions.

The position focuses on automotive CFD analysis, internal flow studies, and ensuring accurate thermal performance assessments for vehicle components.

• Full vehicle knowledge of Automobile Systems and its functions.
• Model Build using ANSA.
• Debugging simulations in RADTHERM/StarCCM+ or any coupling issues.
• Knowledge on StarCCM+ to study internal flow simulations.
• Knowledge of heat exchanger data sheet and interpretation.
• Knowledge of corrective action for thermal issues and heat shield placement.

Responsabilidades

• Build and refine CFD models for vehicle components using ANSA and Star CCM+.
• Set up and run RADTHERM/StarCCM+ simulations and resolve coupling issues.
• Study internal flow characteristics using StarCCM+ to support design decisions.
• Interpret heat exchanger data sheets to inform thermal performance.
• Suggest corrective actions for thermal issues and plan heat shield placement.
