Actalent Services is seeking a CFD Modeler in Chennai, India, to work on battery CFD modeling using ANSA and STAR-CCM+. Key tasks include meshing for battery CFD, understanding flow and thermal problems, and CFD geometry cleanup.

Responsibilities include documenting checksheets, developing solutions for complex issues, and integrating sub-Battery components. Scripting skills in Python/TCL/VBA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in CFD modeling and meshing for battery systems.
• Proficiency with ANSA and STAR-CCM+ software.
• Strong understanding of flow and thermal problems in CFD.
• Ability to prepare modeling checksheets and presentations.

• CFD Modeler Needed with ANSA, STAR CCM+
• Meshing experience for Battery CFD modeling
• Good understanding of Flow and Thermal probelms
• Expertise in CFD Geometry cleanup and CFD meshing
• Ability to participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues
• To understand and complete modeling documentation like checksheets and query presentations
• Ability to conceptualize and work on individual components and to integrate sub-Battery components.
