Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to lead OpenText VIM and IC4S implementations, driving invoice processing enhancements across the procure-to-pay cycle.

You will configure workflows, optimize OCR extraction, and ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and FICO in S/4HANA environments, collaborating with ABAP teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of SAP experience with minimum 10+ years in OpenText VIM and OCR solutions.
• Strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S)
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP FICO integration
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Expertise in Invoice Automation, OCR processing, approval workflows, and exception handling
• Strong understanding of SAP Archive Link, RFCs, IDocs, BAPIs, and SAP Workflows
• Experience in VIM implementations, rollouts, and support
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead OpenText VIM and IC4S implementations and enhancements
• Configure invoice processing workflows and approval matrices
• Handle OCR extraction optimization and intelligent invoice processing
• Integrate VIM with SAP MM and SAP FICO processes
• Manage PO and Non-PO invoice processing automation
• Troubleshoot accounting and logistics-related exceptions
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments and enhancements
• Support SAP S/4HANA VIM Workplace and Fiori-based implementations
