Job summary

Quadric IT in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP integration to implement, optimize, and support invoice processing and accounts payable automation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SAP experience, hands-on VIM knowledge, and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with UK shift hours, coordinating with Finance and Tech teams to deliver reliable, scalable VIM solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of VIM architecture, configuration and invoice workflows.
• Experience in SAP FI/AP integration with SAP MM.
• Familiarity with ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP.
• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing and posting.
• Configure VIM workflows, rules and approval mechanisms.
• Integrate VIM with SAP FI and MM modules.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and workflow errors.
• Work on OCR integration and document management processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and production issues.
• Participate in enhancements and upgrades.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP integration. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting invoice processing and accounts payable automation solutions integrated with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP.
• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, exception handling, and posting.
• Configure VIM workflows, business rules, document processing, and approval mechanisms.
• Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP FI and MM modules.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, workflow errors, and document exceptions.
• Work on invoice automation, OCR integration, and document management processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and production issues.
• Participate in enhancements, upgrades, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, including substantial hands-on experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM architecture, configuration, and invoice processing workflows.
• Experience with SAP FI/AP and integration with SAP MM.
• Knowledge of OpenText document management and invoice capture solutions.
• Experience in workflow configuration, exception handling, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end SAP VIM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of OpenText Archive Center or related content repository solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
