Job summary

Cloudious LLC in Hyderabad invites an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join our project Comet. You will lead implementation, configuration, and support of OpenText VIM within SAP ECC/S4HANA, focusing on Invoice-to-Pay processes and SAP integration.

6-8+ years of SAP experience and strong problem solving are essential. Immediate to 15 days NP with Malaysian shift timing; base location Hyderabad with all NDBS locations as potential sites.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years in OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing and P2P processes.
• Experience with SAP FI/MM integration and ECC/S4HANA environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Configure ICC/Intelligent Capture, DP, approvals, and exception handling.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end invoice automation.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) by OpenText Consultant with 6- 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in implementing, supporting, and enhancing OpenText VIM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes, SAP integration, workflow configuration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Configure and enhance VIM components including Invoice Capture Center (ICC)/Intelligent Capture, DP Document Processing, Approval Workflows, and Exception Handling.
• Analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end invoice automation solutions.
• Manage VIM workflows, roles, authorizations, and business rules.
• Integrate VIM with SAP modules such as FI, MM, and AP.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Support system upgrades, testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 6- 8+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years of hands-on OpenText VIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience in VIM configuration, workflow customization, and document processing.
• Good understanding of SAP FI/MM integration.
