Job summary

HCLTech in India is seeking an SAP TM expert to lead end-to-end design and implementation, including transportation planning, tendering, and freight settlement across global templates.

You will conduct fit-gap workshops, gather requirements, and define, document FS, and support testing, cutover, and hypercare while aligning with EWM/GTS interfaces.

Responsibilities

• 3-4 full lifecycle implementation/upgrade project experience to lead SAP TM workstream across full-cycle implementation projects.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops, requirement gathering, and business process design
• Carrier Selection, Subcontracting, Tendering & Execution.
• Good to have SAP Event Management skills.
• Transportation Costing & Settlement
• Define and implement end-to-end logistics and transportation processes
• Prepare functional specifications (FS) and collaborate on RICEFW developments
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover activities, and hypercare support
• Ensure alignment with global templates and industry best practices
• Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations
• Lead end-to-end SAP TM design and implementation including transportation planning, optimization, freight order/unit management, and shipment execution.
• Drive carrier management, tendering, and freight settlement with accurate cost allocation and enhanced global transportation visibility.
• Architect integrated transportation solutions across EWM, GTS, SD, MM, and external carrier platforms, supporting complex scenarios like STO, supplier, subcontracting, and customer deliveries.
