Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead to drive design, configuration, and delivery of SAP TM solutions. You will lead deployments, optimize logistics processes, and partner with business stakeholders and technical teams.

This onsite role requires coordinating with ABAP and integration teams, performing fit-gap analyses, leading SIT/UAT and cutover activities, and ensuring SAP best practices across S/4HANA, SD, MM, EWM, and FI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP TM.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and implementation.
• Good knowledge of Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement.
• Experience with Freight Units, Freight Orders, Transportation Orders, and Transportation Cockpit.
• Strong understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and FI.
• Experience in freight charge calculation, carrier selection, and transportation planning.
• Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end transportation management processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and manage SAP TM processes, including transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.
• Handle transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, and route determination.
• Configure Transportation Cockpit, Freight Orders, Freight Units, and Transportation Units.
• Manage freight charge calculation, charge management, and settlement processes.
• Work on integration with SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, EWM, and FI.
• Configure and support inbound and outbound transportation processes.
• Handle transportation planning strategies, optimizer, and scheduling processes.
• Support integration with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and external transportation systems.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional specifications.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines.
