Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an SAP Transport Management Functional consultant to lead end-to-end transportation and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will design, configure, and optimize TM functionalities such as freight planning, carrier management, and freight settlement.

The role requires hands-on experience across transportation planning, freight order management, and SAP TM integration with S/4HANA/EWM, plus strong stakeholder management and leadership skills in global projects.

Qualifications

• 4 to 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes.
• Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience working in global and cross-functional project environments.
