Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior SAP QA professional with 10-12 years of testing experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, including FI-CO integration. The role focuses on technical QA leadership, overseeing SIT and UAT test planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will guide the QA team, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful SIT/UAT closures while maintaining quality and traceability across testing phases.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of test experience in S4 Hana & SAP ECC with understanding of business processes and FI-CO integration.
• Execute tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead QA technically and ensure proper test coverage and execution.
• Manage SIT and UAT test planning, execution, defects, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience in stakeholder and delivery management.
• SAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution with daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate QA activities to ensure timely SIT/UAT closures.
• Guide QA team technically to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Engage business users for UAT delivery and sign-off.

Notice Period : Immediate

JD :

1. Senior resource who has 10-12 years of test experience in S4 Hana & SAP ECC along with good understanding of the business process and the integration between the FI-CO modules , who can play the role of Technical consultant and Test Manager.
2. Execute the tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverable.
3. Test Lead Manager should have the capability to guide the QA Team Technically and ensure the right Test Coverage and Test Execution.
4. SIT and UAT Test Management ( Effective Test Planning, Lead the test execution, Defect Triage, Communicating the daily test progress to stakeholders, Driving the UAT with Business Users, Ensure the SIT and UAT Closure on time)
5. Experience in Stakeholder management and delivery management.

6. Qualification : SAP certified [Preferred]
