Job summary

Tekskills requires a senior SAP testing expert to lead SIT and UAT efforts in an on-site setup in India. The candidate should have 10–12 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, and strong skills in test planning, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.

The role involves guiding the QA team technically, ensuring coverage, and delivering quality outputs with timely closures. SAP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior resource with 10-12 years of SAP testing experience (S4 Hana & SAP ECC) and strong understanding of business processes and FI-CO integration.
• Execute tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverables.
• Test Lead Manager should guide QA team technically and ensure proper test coverage and execution.
• SIT and UAT Test Management including planning, leading execution, defect triage, and timely closure.
• Experience in stakeholder and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT/Test planning and drive test execution.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and ensure sign-off.
• Communicate daily test progress to stakeholders and manage defects.
• Mentor QA team to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Ensure SIT and UAT closures are on time.

JD :

1. Senior resource who has 10-12 years of test experience in S4 Hana & SAP ECC along with good understanding of the business process and the integration between the FI-CO modules , who can play the role of Technical consultant and Test Manager.
2. Execute the tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverable.
3. Test Lead Manager should have the capability to guide the QA Team Technically and ensure the right Test Coverage and Test Execution.
4. SIT and UAT Test Management ( Effective Test Planning, Lead the test execution, Defect Triage, Communicating the daily test progress to stakeholders, Driving the UAT with Business Users, Ensure the SIT and UAT Closure on time)
5. Experience in Stakeholder management and delivery management.

6. Qualification : SAP certified [Preferred]
