Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Senior SAP QA Consultant with 10-12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC to lead testing efforts and act as a technical consultant and Test Manager.

The role requires hands-on SIT and UAT management, strong understanding of FI-CO integration, and proven stakeholder and delivery management skills. Immediate joiner and on-site work in India. You will coordinate with business users and IT teams, define test strategies, manage defects, and ensure timely test closures.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of SAP testing experience in S/4HANA & SAP ECC.
• Deep understanding of FI-CO integration with business processes.
• Ability to act as Technical consultant and Test Manager.
• Experience in SIT and UAT planning and execution.
• Stakeholder management and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests in SIT to ensure quality deliverables.
• Guide QA team technically and ensure test coverage.
• Lead SIT and UAT test management including planning, execution, defect triage, and daily progress.
• Drive UAT with business users and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to report progress.

Job Description

1. Senior resource who has 10-12 years of test experience in S4 Hana & SAP ECC along with good understanding of the business process and the integration between the FI-CO modules , who can play the role of Technical consultant and Test Manager.
2. Execute the tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverable.
3. Test Lead Manager should have the capability to guide the QA Team Technically and ensure the right Test Coverage and Test Execution.
4. SIT and UAT Test Management ( Effective Test Planning, Lead the test execution, Defect Triage, Communicating the daily test progress to stakeholders, Driving the UAT with Business Users, Ensure the SIT and UAT Closure on time)
5. Experience in Stakeholder management and delivery management.
