Job summary

Tekskills in India is seeking a senior test resource with 10-12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, including FI-CO integration, who can serve as a technical consultant and Test Manager.

You will execute SIT tests, lead QA activities, and drive SIT and UAT planning, defect triage, and daily progress communication to stakeholders, ensuring timely closures.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of testing experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC with FI-CO integration.
• Ability to function as a technical consultant and test lead.
• Experience in SIT/UAT testing, test planning, and progress reporting.
• Strong stakeholder and delivery management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverables.
• Guide the QA team technically and ensure right test coverage.
• Lead SIT and UAT test management, including planning, execution, defect triage, and daily progress updates.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and ensure timely SIT/UAT closures.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage delivery commitments.

1. Senior resource who has 10-12 years of test experience in S4 Hana & SAP ECC along with good understanding of the business process and the integration between the FI-CO modules , who can play the role of Technical consultant and Test Manager.
2. Execute the tests in SIT and ensure quality deliverable.
3. Test Lead Manager should have the capability to guide the QA Team Technically and ensure the right Test Coverage and Test Execution.
4. SIT and UAT Test Management ( Effective Test Planning, Lead the test execution, Defect Triage, Communicating the daily test progress to stakeholders, Driving the UAT with Business Users, Ensure the SIT and UAT Closure on time)
5. Experience in Stakeholder management and delivery management.

6. Qualification :

SAP certified [Preferred]
