CADMAXX is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to lead the design and development of SAP solutions on cloud platforms. This role requires a strong background in SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA and cloud integration. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience and proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Work is based in Chennai, and this position mandates in-office attendance 5 days a week. The architect will ensure security and compliance standards while implementing solutions.

SAP Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to lead the design and development of SAP solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies and cloud integration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role involves leading the design and governance of SAP solution landscapes with deep expertise in SAP BTP, Basis, CPI, and integration technologies. The architect will ensure adoption of SAP?s latest innovations, drive stable operations, and manage full lifecycle processes using SAP Cloud ALM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of SAP solutions on cloud platforms.
• Architect hybrid and cloud-based SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and other SAP applications.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business needs and best practices for cloud deployment.
• Provide guidance on integrating cloud solutions with on-premise infrastructure and third-party applications.
• Design and lead SAP system migrations from on-premise to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Develop cloud migration strategies, including lift-and-shift, cloud-native, and hybrid approaches.
• Work with technical teams to implement SAP landscapes in cloud environments, ensuring optimized performance, cost management, and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and advice to clients, explaining technical concepts in business terms.
• Continuously monitor and optimize SAP solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
• Ensure SAP cloud architectures adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Implement security protocols such as data encryption, identity management, and access controls.
• Keep up with emerging technologies, SAP cloud trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Architect.
• Extensive experience with SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, SAP migrations, upgrades, and landscape transformations.
• Experience with SAP on Linux, UNIX, Windows platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and open to learning.
