Must-Have

• Experience in E2E translating complex business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA cloud (preferably inPublic Cloud) architectures, managing integration (BTP), and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Experience in minimum 3 Full Cycle Implementation in S/4HANA in Professional Services industryfocusing on scenarios such as Engagement Lifecycle Management, Resource and Time Management, andBilling.
• Experience in mapping business processes to technical solutions while managing risk and ensuring scalability.
• Ability to define integration approaches using SAP Cloud Integration Suit and BTP.
• Experience in clean core solution design in S4H public cloud.
• Certified one or more module in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud certifications will be preferred speciallySAP Enterprise Architect certification or TOGAF certification).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working in Offshore – Nearshore – Onsite delivery Model.
• Experience in Activate methodology and SAP best practices in enterprise architecture, clean coreprinciples and extensibility.
• Driving business workshops for a good requirement gathering, formalize process design.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• To be an integral part of S/4 HANA Professional Services deployments on Public Cloud and drive the evolution of application architecture aligned with customer business strategy and processes. To provide thought leadership in defining and evolution of enterprise architecture and integration approaches including, but not limited to instance strategy, integration strategy, cutover strategy and data migration strategy.
• Troubleshoot and provide application support across the S4HC software and the associated integrations with SAP PS and other satellite applications.
• Leverage deep industry expertise in SAP by analyzing and designing business processes, supported by SAP best practice solutions and other related technologies.
• Analyze & gather business requirements from client and perform required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on customer requirements.
• Build roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and design business cases for value realization.
• Manages integration across different applications and support evolution of the integration architecture leveraging industry expertise and public cloud deployments.
• Support UAT and Cut-over coordination for incoming projects / releases.
• Contributes to service delivery and engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Liaise with SAP and other parties for all software bugs while following up to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Communication with the stakeholders – Client/Management/SDM/ Key Users/Business Users/Developers and others as applicable.
