Job summary

Invoicemart in Delhi is seeking a Senior SAP Tech Lead with 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience to design, develop, and support SAP solutions across business functions.

The role requires strong ABAP skills, hands-on experience with FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM, and the ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions. This position offers a full-time office-based work model in Delhi.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP ABAP development experience.

• Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs, SAP Scripts and forms experience.
• FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM modules knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP ABAP applications and custom developments.
• Analyze business requirements, interact with clients and stakeholders, finalize process flows, and translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Develop and support WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Collaborate with clients functional teams across FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external applications using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and web services.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations to meet business objectives.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, functional specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Support SAP upgrades, system enhancements, and integration projects.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of development activities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders during requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP Developer with 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions across business functions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ABAP expertise, a solid understanding of FI/CO, MM, and SD processes, and hands‑on experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, and custom extractors. The candidate should be able to engage with clients, gather and analyse requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong experience in developing and supporting WRICEF objects.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
• Experience with IDoc processing, ALE, APIs, and SAP integration frameworks.
• Exposure to SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other integration platforms is preferred.
• Experience working with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
• Good understanding of SAP data models and database concepts.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA development, implementation, or migration projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, NBFC, or similar domains preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale SAP implementation, support, or transformation projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management and technical solutioning.
