Job summary

EY is seeking a Syniti ADMM Manager with 8–12 years of experience in SAP data migration. The role involves leading high-performing teams, handling end-to-end ADMM projects, and guiding ETL solutions including LTMC, Migrate Your Data App, and Syniti Replicate.

You will interact with customers, gather requirements, and deliver data migration solutions across MM, FI, SCM, and other modules.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in SAP data migration using ADMM.
• Experience in at least 1 end-to-end SAP data migration project using ADMM.
• Experience in leading high performing teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Knowledge of LTMC / Migrate Your Data App and Syniti Replicate.
• Ability to prepare Technical Specification documents and analyze ETL issues.

Job Description
Experience - 8-12 years

• Experience in Syniti SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) design and architecture


• Experience in at least 1 end to end SAP data migration project using ADMM


• Experience in leading high performing teams of varied sizes, estimating the effort and engage different project stakeholders for successful delivery


• Knowledge of other ETL tools like SAP BODS


• Ability to lead a data migration team, with strong domain experience like MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP etc


• Should have worked on preparation of Technical Specification documents.


• Thorough knowledge of LTMC / Migrate your Data App


• Experience on creating Profiling rules, mappings, Construction sheets and Syniti Replicate tool


• Good analytical skills to analyse the ETL issues and fix them independently


• Should be able to connect with customers, drive requirement gathering workshop and deliver data solutions
