Job summary

EY is seeking a Syniti ADMM Manager in Pune to lead complex SAP data migration programs. You will drive architecture decisions, oversee end-to-end ADMM implementations, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across client engagements.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in data migration, strong LTMC knowledge, and proficiency with ETL tools such as SAP BODS. You will work with clients to gather requirements and deliver robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Syniti SAP ADMM design and architecture.
• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects using ADMM.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like SAP BODS.
• Lead data migration teams with domain expertise MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP.
• Prepare technical specification documents.
• Deep knowledge of LTMC / Migrate Your Data App.
• Experience creating profiling rules, mappings, and Syniti Replicate.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve ETL issues.
• Capable of engaging customers and gathering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Syniti ADMM design and architecture projects in EY environments.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration initiatives using ADMM.
• Drive requirement workshops and deliver data solutions.

Role – Syniti ADMM Manager

Job Description

Experience – 8-12 years

• Experience in Syniti SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) design and architecture
• Experience in at least 1 end to end SAP data migration project using ADMM
• Experience in leading high performing teams of varied sizes, estimating the effort and engage different project stakeholders for successful delivery
• Knowledge of other ETL tools like SAP BODS
• Ability to lead a data migration team, with strong domain experience like MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP etc
• Should have worked on preparation of Technical Specification documents.
• Thorough knowledge of LTMC / Migrate your Data App
• Experience on creating Profiling rules, mappings, Construction sheets and Syniti Replicate tool
• Good analytical skills to analyse the ETL issues and fix them independently
• Should be able to connect with customers, drive requirement gathering workshop and deliver data solutions
