Job summary

EY in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Syniti ADMM Manager to lead SAP data migration programs using ADMM, LTMC and Syniti Replicate, across MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP domains.

You will manage end-to-end migration projects, design architecture, prepare technical specs, lead varied-sized teams and collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP data migration with ADMM.
• Experience leading end-to-end migration projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of LTMC and Syniti tooling.
• Ability to gather requirements and drive workshops with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Syniti ADMM design and architecture for complex migrations.
• Estimate effort, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create technical specs and ensure data quality across MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP.

Role – Syniti ADMM Manager

Job Description

Experience – 8-12 years

• Experience in Syniti SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) design and architecture
• Experience in at least 1 end to end SAP data migration project using ADMM
• Experience in leading high performing teams of varied sizes, estimating the effort and engage different project stakeholders for successful delivery
• Knowledge of other ETL tools like SAP BODS
• Ability to lead a data migration team, with strong domain experience like MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, PTP etc
• Should have worked on preparation of Technical Specification documents.
• Thorough knowledge of LTMC / Migrate your Data App
• Experience on creating Profiling rules, mappings, Construction sheets and Syniti Replicate tool
• Good analytical skills to analyse the ETL issues and fix them independently
• Should be able to connect with customers, drive requirement gathering workshop and deliver data solutions
