Job summary

VThrive Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role focuses on HR processes, configurations, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include requirement analysis, workflow configuration, data management, testing, and production support across multiple SF modules, with opportunities for end-to-end project involvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, workflows, rules, and permissions.
• Knowledge of Integration Center and OData APIs; integration tools preferred.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Work on EC, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, or Succession Planning.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions, and employee data management processes.
• Support SF integrations with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party apps.
• Prepare functional specs, configs, test scenarios, and user docs.
• Perform unit, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Coordinate with HR and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and enhancements.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5–8 Years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR business processes, system configuration, integrations, and stakeholder management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.


• Work on modules such as Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, or Succession Planning.


• Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and translate them into functional solutions.


• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and employee data management processes.


• Support SAP SuccessFactors integrations with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.


• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.


• Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support.


• Coordinate with HR teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.


• Support data migration, system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 5–8 Years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, or support.


• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.


• Hands-on experience in configuration, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions.


• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, and integration tools is preferred.


• Experience with data migration, testing, and issue resolution.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.


• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.


• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.


• Experience working with global HR teams and multi-country implementations.
