Job summary

Cerebra in India is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) professional with practical exposure to Generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and support, along with the ability to leverage AI copilots to improve productivity, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and AI copilots.
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration and testing.
• Ability to integrate ECP with other HRIS modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Work on payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, gross-to-net calculations, and retroactive payroll processing.
• Handle off-cycle payroll, payroll simulations, validations, and reconciliation.
• Support integrations between Employee Central, Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and third-party systems.
• Use Generative AI tools and AI copilots for requirement analysis, documentation, test case generation, and troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for payroll anomaly detection, variance analysis, and defect identification.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, data privacy, and security standards.

• Work on payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, gross-to-net calculations, and retroactive payroll processing.
• Handle off-cycle payroll, payroll simulations, validations, and reconciliation.
• Support integrations between Employee Central, Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and third-party systems.
• Use Generative AI tools and AI copilots such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot for requirement analysis, documentation, test case generation, and troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for payroll anomaly detection, variance analysis, and defect identification.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, data privacy, and security standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro calculations, and off-cycle payroll.
• Understanding of gross-to-net payroll processing and payroll reconciliation.
• Knowledge of integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools, LLM-based applications, or AI copilots.
• Experience using AI tools for documentation, test case generation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage and data privacy in HR/payroll environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP certification.
• Experience with payroll parallel testing and country-specific payroll localization.
• Exposure to SAP CPI / Integration Suite or Boomi.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO payroll posting.
• Familiarity with automated testing and payroll analytics.
