sigma consultants is seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors leader with 15+ years of experience to drive large-scale implementations and sales strategy in the domestic market. The role focuses on guiding teams, shaping pre-sales activity, and delivering value to clients across SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong executive communication, PP&L awareness in practice management, and a proven ability to scale delivery teams while driving growth in a consulting

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in SAP SuccessFactors within the domestic market.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations across functional and technical modules.
• Track record in managing complex sales cycles from qualification to closure.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of leadership experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on sales, pre-sales, practice management, team management, and leadership management in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage and lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects


• Provide leadership and guidance to the team


• Develop and implement sales and pre-sales strategies


• Manage practice and team management activities


• Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to clients

Required Skills :-

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycles, with a deep understanding of both functional and technical modules.


• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, from initial lead qualification and solution design to contract negotiation and final closure.


• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational hierarchies.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to non-technical business stakeholders.


• Extensive experience in practice management, including P&L oversight, team building, and strategic resource planning within a consulting environment.


• A minimum of 14 to 21 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a track record of scaling delivery teams and driving business growth. (ref:hirist.tech) .
