Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist focused on the Compensation and Variable Pay module. The role requires deep knowledge of compensation, variable pay, merit increases, bonuses, and total rewards statements, with hands-on design, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.

You will work on integrations to third‑party payroll systems, translate business objectives into system requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for compensation

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module including variable pay and total rewards statements
• Hands-on design, configuration and troubleshooting of SF modules
• Ability to translate business objectives into system requirements and provide strategic recommendations for compensation programs
• Experience with integrations to payroll systems and ensuring high availability solutions
• Analytical skills for data validation, budget modeling and complex reporting

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
• Configure and troubleshoot the SF system to meet business requirements
• Lead integration efforts with payroll vendors and ensure data integrity
• Translate business needs into system capabilities and recommend compensation program strategies
• Generate and validate reports and analytics for compensation and rewards

Job description

• SucessFactors certification in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
• Minimum 2 to 3 Implementations experience in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
• SuccessFactors knowledge : Deep understanding of the compensation module, including variable pay, merit increases, bonuses, and total rewards statements
• Technical skills : Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot the system, including using the Check Tool and creating technical support tickets.
• Business acumen : Ability to translate business objectives into system requirements and provide strategic recommendations for compensation programs
• Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to
• optimise the Compensation solution
• Analytical skills : Competence in data validation, budget modeling, and generating complex reports
• Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll. Hands on experience on High availability solutioning
