Job summary

Madhees in Pune seeks a Payroll System Specialist to lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and optimize payroll platforms. You will manage configurations, integrations with HRIS, and ensure accurate multi-country payroll processing.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in payroll systems administration, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ECP and data reporting. This role is office-based in Pune with standard 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in Payroll Systems Administration / HRIS / Payroll Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and HRIS integrations.
• Knowledge of payroll configuration, support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Experience with payroll/time management integrations and APIs.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.
• Experience with reporting, data extracts, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance for India, US, and/or Canada is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
