Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the Source to Pay workstream within a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. The role is offshore/India with a late November start and an end date of December 31, 2026, with extension possible.

You will develop integrated project plans, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and oversee testing and governance across enabling workstreams and third-party apps.

Qualifications

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer within the Source to Pay workstream of a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, including interdependencies across enabling workstreams and dependent projects
• Plan and govern deliverables related to Enabling workstreams and third-party apps
• Manage functional, system and user acceptance testing across the Enabling workstreams
• Identify and elevate critical issues in accordance with governance structure
• Manage budget, resource planning and tracking
• Manage and track Project status, risks, actions, issues, and decisions log

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation projects.
• Experience and understanding of Source to Pay SAP functionality and processes including purchasing and accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
