Job summary

Global Business Ser 4u Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Source to Pay Project Manager for a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. This remote role requires coordinating with cross-functional and global teams to drive delivery within the Source to Pay workstream.

The ideal candidate will manage integrated project plans, oversee testing, govern third-party deliverables, monitor budgets, and proactively address risks and issues to ensure successful implementation by the end date.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation projects.
• Experience and understanding of Source to Pay SAP functionality and processes including purchasing and accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer within the Source to Pay workstream of a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, including interdependencies across enabling workstreams and dependent projects
• Plan and govern deliverables related to Enabling workstreams and third-party apps
• Manage functional, system and user acceptance testing across the Enabling workstreams
• Identify and escape critical issues in accordance with governance structure
• Manage budget, resource planning and tracking
• Manage and track Project status, risks, actions, issues, and decisions log
