Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) specialist to implement and support configurations within our HR tech practice. You will gather business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and drive successful delivery from requisitions to onboarding.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM, end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, SF Integration Center, data imports, and collaboration with recruiters and IT teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM and its modules.
• Deep knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Experience configuring and implementing RCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ATS processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SF Integration Center and data imports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Gather and analyze hiring requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure RCM components including: job requisitions and templates, candidate workflows, offers, interviews, emails, agency postings.
• Configure Recruiting Marketing elements such as career sites and branding (if applicable).
• Manage UAT, go-live, postproduction support, and system enhancements.
• Perform data migration and uploads using SF Import tools.
• Integrate RCM with Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS, and third-party systems.
• Support reporting using Adhoc reports / Story Reports.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, and test cases.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

  • Interview scheduling and ratings
  • Recruiting email notifications
  • Agency management and job board postings
• Configure Recruiting Marketing elements such as career sites and branding (if applicable)
• Manage UAT, golive, postproduction support, and system enhancements
• Perform data migration and uploads using SF Import tools
• Integrate RCM with Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS, and thirdparty systems
