Alignity Solutions in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with S/4HANA Concurrent Employment to join a long-term project on a hybrid work model. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Core HR/EC, data mapping, and production support across EC and Payroll processes.

You will drive designs, configure solutions, and collaborate with the EC architect to ensure seamless EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration within a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience.
• Active Employee Central implementation and support.
• Experience with EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration and concurrent employment.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs into functional configurations for EC and Payroll.
• Analyze EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication issues and remediation.
• Maintain configuration documentation and assist with testing and release activities.

Description:

SAP SuccessFactors Core HR/EC Functional Consultant

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience, including Employee Central implementation, remediation, enhancement, and production support.
• Translate approved solution designs into detailed functional configuration and execution plans in collaboration with the EC architect.
• Demonstrate expert hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, RBP, workflows, business rules, event reasons, data models, foundation objects, and employee/job data.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues involving EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication, concurrent employment, position management, job synchronization, and personnel/infotype mapping.
• Support requirements validation, configuration, unit testing, UAT, defect resolution, production validation, and release-impact assessment for prioritized enhancements.
• Maintain configuration documentation, issue/root-cause analysis, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials; escalate design decisions, risks, and dependencies to the architect.
  
• Possess an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, with the ability to apply certified knowledge to hands-on configuration, issue remediation, enhancement support, and EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration activities.
