Job summary

Gemini Consulting & Services is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant with strong expertise in integrating SuccessFactors with S/4HANA. The candidate should have hands-on experience in mapping employee data, configuring integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Key responsibilities include configuring ECP, managing end-to-end SF-S/4HANA integration, data mapping, payroll replication, interface monitoring, and testing. CPI/PI/PO knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mapping employee data between SF and S/4HANA.
• Configuring integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and payroll configuration is beneficial.
• Experience with integration testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Manage end-to-end integration between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
• Perform employee data mapping and configuration between systems.
• Work on payroll replication, master data synchronization, and interface monitoring.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM processes and payroll configuration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Understanding of integration tools (CPI/PI/PO preferred).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
