Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a professional with excellent problem-solving skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs for SAP S/4HANA.
• Implement secure programming practices to ensure the security and integrity of SAP systems.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to optimize system performance.
• Lead and execute custom code remediation for S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions.
• Document technical designs, test cases, and results.
• Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Act as a technical expert to govern the developments towards high standards and ensure no operational impact during transportation of objects.

Qualifications :

• At least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation experiences.
• Strong experience in all RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Strong programming and technical skills in ABAP/OO ABAP and oDATA.
• Well-versed with Object-Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP.
• Experience in the new programming model and latest development techniques.
• At least 3 years of experience in oDATA developments.
• Strong experience in Webdynpro for ABAP.
• Basic knowledge and experience in one or more SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM).
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good communication, team player, and flexible.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in AMDP, CDS, BOPF is a big plus.
• SAP Certifications will be an advantage.
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Steep learning curve and ability to adapt to new client situations quickly and work in a competitive environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Familiarity with SAP certifications.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
