Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with S/4 HANA and Webdynpro expertise to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. You will develop, implement, and support SAP solutions across diverse industries, collaborating with cross- functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will design and maintain ABAP programs, optimize applications, and contribute to Webdynpro UI development while leveraging Fiori/SAPUI5 where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP ABAP Consultant with S/4 HANA and Webdynpro development.
• Strong ABAP programming skills including OO ABAP.
• Experience with SAP Frontend technologies like SAPUI5/Fiori is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PP and ABAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Customize and optimize SAP applications with ABAP for high performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Design and develop Webdynpro applications within SAP.
• Implement enhancements in SAP S/4 HANA leveraging ABAP techniques.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and performance tuning.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ABAP applications.
• Stay updated with SAP technologies and trends.

As a SAP ABAP Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients. Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements to support business processes.
• Customize and optimize SAP applications using ABAP programming language, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop Webdynpro applications within the SAP environment, adhering to best practices and standards.
• Implement enhancements and new features in SAP S/4 HANA, leveraging advanced ABAP techniques.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP applications, addressing issues and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP ABAP Consultant, with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Webdynpro development.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language, including object-oriented ABAP and advanced techniques.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and other SAP frontend technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP, and their integration with ABAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in SAP ABAP development is preferred.
