Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a seasoned SAP Security Lead to define and drive the security strategy across S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP. You will act as the central authority for governance and standards, advising senior leadership on risk and compliance, while mentoring a global security team.

This role calls for deep expertise in RBAC, SoD, and enterprise IAM, shaping secure SAP transformations at scale. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to implement secure-by-design practices,

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP security experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Security and Authorization concepts.
• Fiori security including catalogs, groups, and OData services.
• SAP BTP security (IAS/IPS, role collections, identity federation).
• SoD frameworks, ITGC controls, and SOX compliance experience.
• Ability to lead global teams and large transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP security strategy and roadmap across S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP.

• Provide strategic advisory on risk posture, compliance, and security optimization.
• Lead and mentor a global SAP security team; develop capabilities and best practices.
• Design enterprise SAP security architecture including RBAC and identity integration.
• Oversee S/4HANA transformations, Fiori deployments, and cloud-native BTP solutions.
• Establish secure-by-design principles for SAP projects and system integrations.
• Drive standardization of role design and authorization frameworks; govern SoD.
• Lead risk assessments, control design, and remediation across SAP ecosystem.

About You

• Define and drive the SAP security strategy and roadmap across S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP platforms
• Act as the central authority for SAP security architecture, governance, and standards globally
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership on risk posture, compliance, and security optimization
• Lead and mentor a global SAP security team, ensuring capability development and best practices adoption
• Design and oversee enterprise-wide SAP security architecture, including role-based access control and identity integration
• Lead the security design for S/4HANA transformations, Fiori deployments, and cloud-native BTP solutions
• Establish secure-by-design principles for SAP projects and system integrations
• Drive standardization and simplification of role design and authorization frameworks
• Own SAP-related SoD governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance (SOX, ITGC, audit frameworks)
• Lead risk assessments, control design, and remediation strategies across the SAP ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12+ years of SAP Security experience, including leadership or lead architect responsibilities
• SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorization concepts
• Fiori Security (catalogs, groups, OData services, UI roles)
• SAP BTP Security (IAS, IPS, role collections, identity federation)
• SoD frameworks, ITGC controls, and compliance regulations (SOX preferred)
• SAP security architecture and integration with enterprise IAM solutions
• Proven ability to lead global teams and complex transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Security, GRC, or Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SAP GRC, CISM, CISSP)
• Experience with Pathlock, SAP GRC Access Control, or other IGA tools
• Exposure to cloud security architectures and Zero Trust models
• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs or migrations
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automation within SAP environments
